The Eco Club of the college plays an important role in creating environmental awareness amongst the students. It motivates the
students to keep their surroundings green and clean by undertaking plantation of trees and sensitizes the students to adopt eco-friendly practices. The club
organizes tree plantation drives and other awareness programs regarding various environmental issues.

| An educational trip to Science City, Kapurthala to give practical knowledge to students of various dimensions of science as natural, social, engineering as well as technology. Students enjoyed laser show & visit to 3D theatre & Dome theatre etc. | |
| 2023-24 | Eco club in collaboration with Switch for Change Foundation organised a workshop “The Power of Peels” on kitchen waste management to mark the Global Recycling Day, celebrated every year on 18th March. |
| To mark the International Day of Forest, students of BSc. Botany recited a poem in the morning assembly of 21st March 2024. |
