The Department of zoology, Khalsa college for Women, Civil Lines, Ludhiana in collaboration with Ludhiana Zoo, Department of Forest and Wildlife Preservation, Punjab initiated the celebrations of National Wildlife Week- 2023 under the theme “Partnership for Wildlife Conservation”. The day one showcased a documentary series titled “Wildlife Wonders: Tales from the Animal Kingdom.” It was a captivating and educational event that celebrated the diverse and awe-inspiring world of wildlife. The event aimed to raise awareness about the importance of conservation, biodiversity, and our interconnectedness with the animal kingdom. The centerpiece of day one was the screening of several compelling wildlife documentaries that offered viewers a glimpse into the lives, behaviors, and habitats of remarkable creatures from around the world.
